"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I ordered the wrong ring size. Totally my fault. Reached out to support and they got back to me the next day with the return steps. Sent it back, waited a little over a week, and the replacement showed up just fine. No drama. Smooth overall.

"It does look nice when you..."
It does look nice when you first see it, so I was hopeful, but once I actually picked it up and used it a bit, it just felt cheaper than I expected. For the price, I thought the materials would feel sturdier or a little more premium, but it has that lightweight, not-super-durable feel to it. It’s not terrible, and visually it’s fine, but the overall quality didn’t really match what I thought I was paying for.

"The styles are definitely not for me"
I’m not gonna lie, I was 100% expecting the designs to look way more modern. But the second I saw most of the pieces, I was like, nope, these feel outdated. A lot of them looked too busy for my taste, and I can say with complete confidence that they’re just not the clean, fresh styles I was hoping for.

My Lotus Sky Jewelry order was packed really nicely. Cute box, nothing rattling around, and it felt secure without being overdone. a little nicer than I expected and made opening it feel special. No complaints...

"Colors were pretty much spot on"
I was a little nervous ordering jewelry online because colors can be so misleading in photos, and that kind of disappointment is avoidable if the pictures are accurate.
The stones I got from Lotus Sky Jewelry looked really close to what was shown online. The blues and purples didn’t look overly edited or weird in person, and what I opened was basically what I expected. I’m happy with it

"Shipping was faster than I thought"

"Website was frustrating to use"
I was ready to place an order, but the website made the whole process more annoying than it should’ve been. Some pages loaded slowly, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic info like shipping details. The product photos looked nice, but checkout didn’t feel very smooth, and I left feeling unsure about the order process. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but it definitely needs work. Considering the hassle, I’d appreciate some kind of discount or compensation if I decide to order again

"Got the wrong color"
I ordered the silver one, but a gold version showed up instead. It’s frustrating because I picked silver for a reason, and now I’m a little hesitant about exchanging it in case there’s another mix-up. Not the biggest disaster, but still annoying.

The ring has that handmade feel in the best way. Clean details, solid stone setting. Shipping took a little longer than I wanted, but I’m happy with it

"Sizing was way off"
The ring just fit really weird on me. Like I said, the sizing felt way smaller than what was listed, so it wasn’t comfortable at all. I was expecting a better fit, but like I said, it definitely runs small.

"I got a small necklace from Lotus Sky..."
I got a small necklace from Lotus Sky Jewelry a few months back and I’ve been wearing it regularly. It’s held up better than I thought it would and it hasn’t bent or started looking weird even after it got caught on my sweater a couple times.
I’m only giving it 4 stars because the clasp feels a little lightweight so I try not to tug on it too much. Overall though it’s been good for everyday wear and still looks really pretty.

"Pretty decent, but kind of expensive"
I mean, it was okay overall and I didn’t hate it or anything. It worked fine, so that’s good, but the price felt a little too high for what you get. Maybe worth it for some people, but I was also weirdly impressed at first, then kind of disappointed after thinking about it.
